Located in the vibrant heart of Waltham Cross Town Centre, our Community Hub is a valuable resource for both local residents and the wider community. Conveniently situated on the High Street, just steps away from the Pavilions Shopping Centre, with easy public transport connections and free nearby parking, the Hub is the perfect venue for a variety of events. Whether you’re organising training sessions, meetings, workshops, fundraising or celebration events, our Hub provides a welcoming and versatile space to bring your vision to life.

Community Alliance Broxbourne and East Herts Management will review costings subject to discretion for block bookings of all rooms.

A training and workshop room located inside the back of the Hub. Ideal for up to 8 people meeting or theatre style.

  • Half-Day Hire (09:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00) – £60.00
  • Full Day Hire – £110.00
  • Hourly Rate –  £20.00

Downstairs includes free WiFi, access to reception area seats, full use of kitchen with equipment to hire and toilet facilities.

A small meeting room located on the left-hand side near the front entrance inside the Hub. Suitable for up to 6 people classroom style. Ideal for one-to-one sessions and smaller training groups.

  • Half-Day Hire (09:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00) – £50.00
  • Full Day Hire – £90.00
  • Hourly Rate – £18.00

Includes full use of kitchen with equipment to hire, toilet facilities and free WiFi.

IT Suite

An upstairs newly refurbished IT Suite equipped with modern technology, ideal for providing digital training or useful for computer use. Seats up to 20 people with 20 laptops.

  • Full Day Hire – £110.00
  • Hourly Rate – £ 20.00

Includes laptops if needed, full use of upstairs kitchen with equipment to hire, upstairs toilet facilities and free WiFi.
